Different by integrity … At work, school, and in life, I firmly believe there is always room to improve and to become a better person with each passing day. Inspired by James Clear’s Atomic Habits, I have adopted the mindset that small, consistent improvements can lead to remarkable long-term change. I strive to live by this principle through integrity: not by doing what is easiest or most convenient, but by doing what is right. As an Area Manager with FirstService Residential, I aim to embody this mindset by going the extra two miles to make a lasting, positive impact in the communities we serve. I do this by consistently delivering exceptional service that enhances the quality of life for every resident. Currently, I am pursuing my Strata Management License at UBC, with plans to obtain my Property Management License next. My goal is to leverage this knowledge to better support the incredible communities throughout the Greater Vancouver area. Looking ahead, I have several ambitions: • To expand my expertise in the real estate industry and strengthen the value I bring to the communities I serve. • To grow into a role where I can make an even greater, positive impact on people's lives. • To pursue real estate investment opportunities that not only foster personal growth but also create jobs and housing for local communities.
