As the Director of Hospitality and Tasting Room Sales at Brush Creek Distillery, I lead a team of brand ambassadors to promote and sell our products, while ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers. I am responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets and inventory, and overseeing the daily operations of the tasting room. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Mississippi State University, with a minor in Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Information Science. I have more than nine years of customer-facing and sales-related roles, where I have demonstrated my communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. I am passionate about creating collaboration and exceeding sales goals, while being diligent and resourceful. I am a life-long learner and I am always looking for new solutions and opportunities to grow.
