About Daxter Lussier

I've been part of the action sports community for over 25 years. It all started the moment I jumped on a skateboard. Born in Wyoming and raised in Idaho, skateboarding was a passion I had to work for. Summers were spent on country roads that led me downtown where the only sidewalks and stairs could be found and the brutally cold Winters were spent on mini ramps that were tucked inside old barns, surrounded by cows. By the early '90s, I was sponsored and traveling from Idaho to California on a regular basis. By the mid '90s my career in skateboarding was taking off and by the late '90s I was pro for Osiris, Billabong, Maple Skateboards, Jessup, Venture, Darkstar and Puma to name a few. When I decided to retire, I made the leap from the skateboard to the "other side" of the desk. From my years as an athlete, I'm able to give a unique perspective on how marketing is viewed and digested by consumers and how the product itself should function. Throughout the years, I've guided companies and helped them fine-tune their strategy, messaging, creative and development of products - footwear, apparel, wheels, decks, etc.
