Fiduciary concerns over retirement plan management have become increasingly complex over the past twenty years. My mission is to make this process easier through assistance with plan evaluation, plan design, provider selection, investment oversight, proper plan governance and education services for both the plan sponsor and employees. At the end of the day, my goal is to help companies offer the best retirement plan possible to help their employees retire with dignity and achieve the highest quality lifestyle during their non-working years. This is not just my job, but my passion. When employees are better prepared for retirement, everyone wins: employee, employer and society. My life revolves around my kids, corporate retirement plans, coaching soccer, helping people work toward their financial goals, and more kids! If I can squeeze in a game of my own, it's a great week.
