With more than 15 years of retail leadership experience, I am passionate about building high-performing teams, creating memorable customer experiences, and growing businesses in the dynamic and competitive retail industry. As the Area Manager at SVP Worldwide, the world's largest consumer sewing machine company, I oversee the West Coast retail business units across six states and 26 locations, and collaborate with corporate stakeholders to align with the company's vision and values. My core skill sets include examining retail business opportunities, connecting the evolving retail market with the needs of the current customer base, and developing unique selling strategies for each market segment and demographic in partnership with my key partners. I strive to empower my teams to achieve excellence, create impact in our industry, learn and maintain operational efficiency, and year over year profitability growth. I build teams with high morale and inspire a passion for their work in those around them.
