Eager to contribute more, I took the helm at IntegrAssure LLC, balancing diverse operational responsibilities. As Director of Workforce Solutions, I facilitated seamless onboarding, oversaw operations, and managed a team of 25 contractors. My compass led me through Content Decrees, Independent Police Auditing, and a dynamic role in social media management. In the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO, I ensured the efficient flow of information and played a pivotal role in the hiring process. My compass always points toward growth, learning, and impact. As an Ops Manager and Law Enforcement Analyst, I found purpose in evaluating law enforcement practices and policies. My eyes scanned police body camera footage, interpreting Constitutional policing and use of force, generating comprehensive reports for improvement. I've ventured into the academic realm, earning a Bachelor's in Business Management and Finance.
