I’m an experienced IT professional with a strong background in end-user support and enterprise systems administration. My expertise centers around support efficiency, leadership, and information security. My tech journey began at iStore as a help desk technician, where I focused on resolving customer issues promptly and ensuring they left with a positive experience. Early in my role, I became the youngest certified macOS technician in the iStore network and quickly became the go-to person for complex technical challenges before advancing to a senior help desk technician role. During my time at iStore, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, graduating cum laude, further solidifying my technical foundation. Most recently, I worked at LeftBrain, a UK-based MSP, where I led the help desk department, mentoring my team to develop their strengths and enhancing the overall customer experience. Beyond this, I also focused on optimising workflows and processes across the company while ensuring seamless IT support at both the end-user and business levels. During this time, I’m proud to say that I improved our SLA for assistance from an average of 4 hours to 80% of requests receiving assistance within 10 minutes. I take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, improving response times, strengthening security, and instilling confidence in technology so that end users feel empowered to achieve their mission. I have hands-on experience with hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting complex issues, software testing, and network administration across macOS, Windows, as well as cloud environments. My certifications include Jamf 200 and 300, Google Workspace, MacOS, iOS and various security tools, and I’m actively expanding my expertise, currently preparing for the AZ-900 (due to complete my exam on 3 April 2025) and aiming for CompTIA Network+ and Security+ this year.
