Reduced product delivery timeline by 67% through managing the product life cycle with Microsoft Project, leading to a $15+ million contract. ‍ Spearheaded strategy and operations with 15+ stakeholders, from researchers to directors, addressing potential risks and applying preventative measures to meet customer requirements. Launched an interim solution using Microsoft 365, reducing the engineering backlog by 60%; moving 250+ products into production while working with engineering to restructure the workflow for new orders. ⏱ Analyzed and presented product delivery history across configurations to V-Level management, improving our product positioning with a 44% decrease in lead times. Increased on-time delivery and generated a 50% year-over-year (YoY) growth in customer demand by reviewing purchase order requirements and identifying areas of improvement within the product life cycle. As for my future, I hope to address diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within consumer electronics to lessen the disparity in those areas in the tech world today.
