Dayton has 20 years of experience with Potable water utilities, environmental water quality/treatment and remediation industries. He has earned Certifications from the State of California Water Resources Control Board in Water Treatment Plant Operator T-2, Water Distribution System Operator D-2 (Journeyman level) and pasted the State Test to become a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator-in-Training. A proven professional in government agency and private industry projects, he’s Clients served include: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Navy and Air Force, U.S. Forest Service, State of California Water Board, City of Sacramento, Aero jet/Rocket Dyne, Honeywell, Chevron, Shell, and BHP Billiton Mining and Schlumberger LTD. Dayton specializes in system instrumentation and process control mechanisms and interface components, SCADA/PLC to sensors, flowmeters, actuators/ MCV solenoid and chemical reaction control loop processes, operation, maintenance and performance optimization and troubleshooting systems on water treatment and remediation systems and their numerous technologies. Responsible for daily operation, maintenance and facility management of water/wastewater treatment facilities, remediation systems, as well as construction, installation, repairs, modifications and decommissioning and includes the management of logistics for: procurement of supplies and chemicals, handling and storage and deliveries, safety and health supervision, utilities, sampling, testing, monitoring air and water processes, reporting of operational parameters and condition and scheduling. Excellent experience in providing the Client with full service, stand alone, operation, maintenance, site management, with superior results on requirement and performance critic. Diverse experience ranging from remote mine tailing and acid mine drainage pilot technology testing to Fluidized Bed Reactor sulfide reduction and wastewater stream treatment to 10 MGD municipal potable water production.
