Throughout my career, I've been successful in overseeing store operations and generating profitable sales, as well as managing Human Resources operations with a focus on talent development. As a diverse individual in the management world, it's crucial for me to acknowledge my impact and influence in higher-level leadership. One of my fondest memories is from my time growing up in Detroit, MI, where I worked for Target and had the privilege of meeting the only African American male at an executive level. Seeing someone who looked like me in a managerial position was inspiring and fueled my desire for personal and professional growth My diverse background empowers me to navigate different perspectives, fostering an environment where everyone's voice is valued.
