I previously worked as Assistant County Treasurer. After completing Respiratory School I went on staff at Medical Center of Lewisville. In the Sleep Diagnostics Center I managed the scheduling of patients, follow-ups, served as liason between physician and patients, ran polysomnograms and titration studies, scored the studies and prepared the study for the physician’s review. I helped in the accreditation process for the lab in 2009. I have worked in the DME field for 6years scheduling patients for the setup of their PAP therapy and working to achieve good compliance for the patient. My main goal is monitoring and working with patients and physician for success of PAP therapy. I have worked to market the Sleep Lab and DME Company with physicians. I am an educator, and recently taught a CEU program titled " Managing Conflict in the Workplace”. I enjoy patient care and always work to have the best possible experience and outcome for the patient. In 2008 while also working my full-time shifts at Lewisville, I also worked in Kansas at the Mid-American Neuroscience Institute, with Dr. Vernon Rowe. I commuted 3 days each week to Kansas. I worked with MS and MD patients and participated in research with stroke patients, military personnel, restless leg syndrome and Sleep in the ADD child. In 2011, I had the privledge to work with a large sleep lab, supervising and training night technicians. I previously worked with 5 wonderful physicians at Sleep Medicine Associates of Texas with education, followups, Home sleep testing,scoring and day studies.I am currently employed at Healthline Medical, working with PAP and Respiratory patients to obtain good compliance. Working with ALS, COPD, MD patients using the Trilogy ventilator. I love patient care and educating the patient in order that each of my patients have success with therapy.
