As a specialty sales manager, I increased the sales revenue and profitability of the mobile, gaming, and digital imaging departments by 15% in one year. In my current role, I oversee the daily operations and customer service, leading a team of 30 associates. I also collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and best practices across the organization.My passion lies in Training and Development.
