I am a passionate Development Specialist with a strong commitment to empowering underserved communities through relationship building and program development. With extensive experience in community engagement, resource coordination, training and development, youth advocacy, and mental health support, I strive to create environments where individuals and families can thrive.At 3cdc in Cincinnati, I have assisted in establishing community resource partnerships that provided data-driven support to field staff employees, securing assistance towards employee’s basic needs. My role also involves conducting needs assessments, developing comprehensive training programs, and streamlining processes to enhance employee integration and engagement.As a Housing Specialist at Caracole, I managed data collection and individualized housing plans, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure stable housing outcomes. My ability to analyze trends and optimize support services has been key in addressing the complex needs of participants.My work with Hamilton County Job and Family Services involved performing in-depth child safety assessments and developing strong relationships with families and community stakeholders. I take pride in my ability to prepare thorough reports and support families in navigating their challenges.Additionally, my experience in fundraising and donor relations has been instrumental in generating resources to support critical programs.I am currently obtaining a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management and Social and Urban Policy. I currently have a Bachelor’s in Child Development and Family Studies. My academic background, coupled with my hands-on experience, equips me to make a meaningful impact in youth development and community engagement.I am excited about the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals and organizations dedicated to making a difference.
