I currently work in a dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, where I manage Microsoft 365 tenants, configure Intune policies, implement application control through Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), and support both end-user productivity and backend system integrity. My background blends hands-on technical knowledge with a strategic understanding of security practices. Whether I’m conducting risk assessments, hardening environments, or automating deployments, I focus on building resilient systems that scale. I’m especially driven by opportunities to improve user experience while maintaining a strong security posture. Outside of day-to-day operations, I actively pursue learning—recently exploring full-stack development with SvelteKit and integrating Python to expand my capabilities. I'm also continuously growing my skill set with certifications and practical application in cloud services, endpoint management, and security architecture.
