Since mid 2017, I have worked as a senior member of the Senior Management team for the Liquor Division of Food Lovers Market Group with a key success of turning around the business and driving profitable growth within 2 short years. Other achievements include delivering profit targets year on year by re-negotiating and significantly improving all supplier terms as well as stream-lining the sales offering in the stores. With experience engaging with stakeholders up to board level, one of my core strengths is being able to provide strategic challenge to influence decisions at the highest levels that enable ongoing business success. It is my belief that leading a Retail/Buying function is aligned with people and numbers and that relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers are crucial to the success of any business.
