I am a finance management professional with over twenty years of broad experience in all aspects of corporate finance. In particular, I have led financial functions of financial analysis and reporting, budgets and planning, general accounting, financial and tax audits, cash management, pricing, competitive analysis, business integration, and purchase accounting. I also have been involved in M&A activity, securing venture capital funding and debt financing, and managing lender relationships.
