About Dean Bush

An experienced sourcing professional responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish by identifying and evaluating suppliers, onboarding selected suppliers, managing current supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services across many categories. Having successfully operated in a fast paced, high-impact MRO role, I have acquired a wide variety of knowledge and skills. For example, my communication and teamwork skills got a thorough workout during my tenure at Polaris through close collaboration with co-workers across an Polaris' assembly and manufacturing plant network. My leadership style is strongly influenced through involvement with many cross-functional teams which were put together to meet specific production and quality needs. Through maintaining supplier relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements I was able to achieve over in total savings. Some of the other achievements I am most proud of are having averaged 10% in savings for each project I negotiated and that none of the parts, chemicals, or services I was responsible for, ever shut down the production line.
