Most recent career accomplishments include: • Warehouse Implementation Project for GXO Logistics (2020) – Collaborated with a new customer and was tasked with understanding their needs and setting up new processes in the warehouse to meet those needs. Various phase implementations where I was involved in the project. Was also involved in setting up the layout of the warehouse as well as the Carrier selection, processes, and B2B and B2C business. Daily Workload consists of approximately 4500 order lines, Operational floor consists of roughly SQM, SKU’s, direct reports currently consists of 5 Team leads, 2 Transport planners and 2 Process Controllers, Indirect reports 120 Fte. • New Warehouse Implementation for Dis-Chem (2018) – after the Relocation of the Cosmetics Warehouse, Bemax was acquired by Dischem, I was involved in setting up the new warehouse processes incorporating those processes within the cosmetics existing processes, Managing the Logistics and operational Key players daily became part of my daily duties. Bemax consisted of roughly Sku’s. Worked closely with the Managing Director and Supply Chain Director of Bemax as well. • Warehouse Relocation Project for Dis-Chem (2018) – Operations outgrew the warehouse space and required relocation. The project involved the relocation of the Warehouse to a new Dis-Chem Warehouse roughly 1km away from the old site. Was responsible for leading and executing the move, following up with the team daily as well as keeping both warehouses operational during the move to ensure continuity and reliable output to the stores. The project took roughly 4 weeks to complete, while planning took 6 months (including the new design). Moved a total of 3500 SKUs for the cosmetics Department.
