Dean steered Malaysia Airlines (MAS) through crisis response and developed the business continuity strategy following the disappearance of MH370 and the loss of MH17. He managed all of the commercial activities amid unprecedented tragedy, operational challenges, and international media response to recover $1 billion in lost revenue in less than 5 months. This included developing a global real time audience engagement capability documented as one of the world’s best by the Wall Street Journal.
