About Dean Dobrinsky

I am a thoughtful and decisive strategic leader with a track record of success in progressively challenging roles. I have extensive experience working remotely with diverse working groups. I have spent my career building strategic Human Resources practices for unionized and non-unionized organizations. This work includes complex negotiations, collective bargaining, strategic workforce planning, talent development, diversity programs, career management, succession planning as well as providing leading benefit and pension programs. Communications including the building of social media channels, both internal and external as well as Government Relations have been an integral component of my roles. Safety and engagement have been a key priority. I have led the safety organization and believe that a safe and healthy workplace is also the most productive, efficient and happiest. Through my work with our many First Nations partners, I place a high value on collaboration and look to continue to foster these relationships.
