About Dean Evans

A multi-faceted customer centric professional with exemplary experience within the financial services industry. First-hand experiences across multiple roles within the front and back-office environments providing valuable knowledge of both the business challenges and the customer demands and expectations. My knowledge, skills and experiences are spread widely, from working in a face-to-face environment as a Senior Manager within the Nationwide Building Society retail banking/branch network, to working across multiple back office functions within Legal & General; Pensions & Investments (Risk Management) and Later Life Lending (Relationship Management and Product Management). More recently, I created my own consultancy business which later resulted in securing a permanent role as Head of Product Governance within the Insurance industry. A proficient, approachable, genuine and likeable people person with effective interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
