I lead all aspects of training and head both the public and private sector company portfolios. Day to day, I put my experience and expertise in to setting realistic and meaningful health, safety & environmental objectives. l work closely with our clients, trainer consultants and learners to ensure a collective vision that extends beyond systems and compliance, focusing on people and behaviour, helping to create a positively reinforced learning culture. I am a confident and experienced influencer. Health and safety qualified I lead on all training development. I am responsible for embedding best practice and continuous improvement into the company strategy and taught environment I work with our clients, partners, the administrative and the delivery teams, to ensure that health, safety, quality and environmental issues are a key factor in the lifecycle of a course development, design and implementation in a continuous regenerative cycle of improvement Commercially aware, I support the production of bids for new projects, making sure that I position the business in line with course trends and changing requirements. I have experience working in the construction sector. I have passion for alternative energy solutions, reducing the impact of the built environment and reducing the carbon footprint through effective resource management. During my Military Service I received the General Officer Commanding's Military Commendation for Bravery - I look back on my time in the Military positively and engage with stakeholders to promote the recruitment of Service Leavers. As an author, I have written 2 books. As the business owner, I have seen BV Associates grow to be one of the UK’s foremost providers of health and safety training services. Our face-2-face and virtual online classroom NEBOSH and IOSH training courses are delivered by trainers located throughout the UK. Each trainer is professionally trained and experienced to provide a service that delivers informative and enjoyable training but more importantly making the subject matter easy to understand.
