A seasoned leader in Oil & Gas technical transformation, with a proven track record in driving large-scale innovation across production operations, ERP deployment, cloud adoption, and real-world AI implementation. At ADNOC, I lead the design and delivery of multi-year programs (2–5 years) aimed at unlocking billion-dollar value through strategic technology initiatives. Previously, I was part of Amazon’s global Energy leadership team, where I headed the Professional Services organization across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. My teams partnered with over 100 clients to deliver cloud-enabled business transformation in areas such as remote operations, fuels retail, renewables, and manufacturing. Before Amazon, I served as Managing Director at Accenture, leading major transformation programs in the US, Australia, and the Middle East. Notably, I was the senior client lead for the region’s largest and fastest single-instance SAP S/4HANA implementation for an Oil & Gas company. Throughout my career, I’ve led cross-functional teams of domain experts, architects, and developers on pioneering Digital Oilfield programs, including BP’s Field of the Future and Chevron’s iField. My hands-on experience spans major platforms like SAP, Microsoft, and AWS, and I’ve applied AI technologies to solve complex operational challenges across diverse geographies and cultures. I’ve also contributed to industry standards as a Board Member of Energistics and co-authored the original PRODML specification for upstream data exchange.
