With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in leading transformative initiatives that drive value across the business spectrum. While much of my background is rooted in technology infrastructure—including mainframe and enterprise systems—my successes extend well beyond IT. I’ve delivered impactful results in recruiting, finance, HR, onboarding, security, and payroll teams, consistently aligning strategy with execution to deliver meaningful outcomes. Most recently, I partnered with a division to rebuild processes for identifying and reporting capitalizable labor hours, achieving annual savings of over $1M—a testament to my ability to blend strategic thinking with tactical delivery.
