About Dean Granic

Hi, I’m a recent Bachelor of Medical Science Graduate from Western Sydney University. Throughout the duration of my studies I have consistently worked. Firstly in retail employment for 1.5 years then 1.5 years as a customer support officer within the University which continues to this day. The time spent in each position has given me skills in communication between customers and other staff, time management skills for projects and deadline, problem solving skills as well as teamwork skills of which I hope to bring forward into a career in clinical trial research and coordination. At my time in the Contact Service Centre (CSC) at Western Sydney University our team has maintained the status of 2nd, in national rankings in all customer support industries, not only education. As determined by the Customer experience organisation CSBA. The time spent in such a team that holds high standards for themselves and others, continues to be an invaluable learning experience. The running of an effective and efficient clinical trial has the ability to bring health and vitality back to millions of people living with chronic and acute conditions. I believe that through my studies and work experience, I have accumulated knowledge, developed skills and increased my facility to learn and development new skills, such that I can bring incredibly positive health outcomes to a large amount of people.
