About Dean Haack

With a successful real estate and investment advisory practice, I have dedicated my entire career to sales. I began my journey at the young age of 16, selling farm seeds to local farmers, and have since worked in various sales roles. I started in ag retail sales and eventually landed a position as a District Sales Manager with Ciba-Geigy, managing a sales territory in Northeast Wisconsin. Alongside my corporate job, I also worked part time as a seasonal tax preparer for H&R Block. In 1997, I finally committed to the financial services field and real estate industry as an agent. I've enjoyed a thriving real estate practice for the past 26 years, currently at Coldwell Banker REG, working with buyers and sellers. Proud of my lifetime success with over 750 successful closings! Additionally, I run a seasonal tax practice out of my home office and offer investment advisory services through Packerland Brokerage Services. My specialties include risk/reward management through proper asset allocation, client reviews, establishing client investments, working with 401k rollovers, retirement plans, annuity products, 529 plans, and managed money. In 2022, I became a certified Registered Social Security Analyst, which allows me to offer consultations on Social Security claiming strategies and optimization. At the core of my business philosophy is a commitment to understanding each client's unique needs and offering personalized recommendations that align with their life goals. I take pride in ensuring that my clients fully understand why and how a particular recommendation is appropriate for them and will help them achieve their goal. Ultimately, client satisfaction is my top priority.
