I have over 25 yrs experience gained within the construction industry, initially working for one of the countries largest regional contractors, before being fortunate to experience leadership roles both in a smaller business setting and now in one of the countries most successful and continually growing business. With this in mind, I have been lucky enough to have gained both a fantastic level of knowledge and experience, alongside extensive skills and training all whilst being involved with some of the region’s most prestigious build programmes. With a wide and varied experience across most sectors of the industry, including extensive knowledge in Residential, Civil Engineering, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Ministry of Defence, Heavy Industry and Retail industries as well as a wide variety of construction methodology. My pragmatic approach to design means I have excelled in challenging situations, always ensuring ‘best value’ when it comes to excellence through design and delivery. I am fully committed to both company and industry targets, engagements and innovation to ensure sustainability and net zero is not only achieved but lead by my actions on a day to day basis. I excel in leading my teams and engraining the fundamental skills required to ensure not only all team members are the best they can be for them selves but for the wider team and business. Being a proud Promoter of continued learning and a true believer in planning, implementing monitoring and reviewing my teams actions across the four key performance indicators of Quality, Safety, Production, Commercial will always lead to client satisfaction and a product to be proud of.
