A highly motivated and passionate individual with a keen interest in computing, information technologies, information security, and Networking. I pride myself on being open-minded and always eager to learn and self-develop. I possess a friendly, honest, and professional demeanour, with a positive attitude towards any challenges that may arise. My attention to detail and analytical thinking skills are key strengths that enable me to thrive in high-pressure environments. I have demonstrated my ability to network effectively both on a human and technical level, and have practical experience working with IT programs such as Office 365, word, excel, power point, jira and much more. Working knowledge and skills of OS Windows, Mac and Linux, troubleshooting network, and using packet Tracer to hone my skills in Networked environments. I have working experience of Cisco equipment such as switches and other network equipment, routers, cabling (copper + Fibre), APs, and CMS. In my current role I have developed my skills is Troubleshooting Networked environments, using command line tools such as DHCP, ARP, DNS flush, Ping, IPconfig and more. Working with wired and wireless networks and gaining valuable experience with IP, IPV4, IPV6 and Subnetting. I have working knowledge of PC hardware and have building my own PC. Additionally, I have taught myself programming language Java script using software tools such as HTML, CSS and Bootstrap, to create functional websites for personal projects. Throughout my academic and professional pursuits, I have developed essential transferable skills, such as effective communication, presenting to diverse audiences, meeting tight deadlines, working in customer-facing environments, providing mentorship and training, working independently and as part of a team.
