I'm a Health & Safety Consultant with Sentinel Safety Group, where I help general industry clients improve safety compliance, reduce risk, and build practical, sustainable safety systems — especially in the areas of OSHA 1910 standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). My background blends several years of leadership in operations, safety, and emergency response. I’ve worked in manufacturing, medical device production, global healthcare projects, and high-risk environments, with experience spanning OSHA compliance, FDA regulations, crisis operations, and logistics coordination. In my recent work, I’ve focused on developing energy control procedures and advising clients on compliance with OSHA 1910.147. I bring a systems-based mindset to every project — using clear procedures, structured thinking, and a calm, steady approach to solve complex safety problems. I started in production leadership at Toyota, where I was trained in Lean manufacturing and the Toyota Production System. Later, I led plant operations, managed safety and environmental programs, directed logistics and compliance in the medical device sector, and led emergency field healthcare operations in the U.S, Africa, and the Caribbean. My strength lies in methodical planning, risk reduction, and quietly leading by example. I’m most effective when I have time to think deeply, design solutions, and support organizations that want lasting improvements — not just quick fixes.
