I am an experienced business and IT leader having successfully held CIO, IT Director, Pre-Sales Director and Programme Management positions in large investment banks, retail banks and IT consultancies. I am a strategic business/IT professional with many years experience of developing and successfully implementing IT and business strategies, leading to increases in revenues and substantial cost savings. I have excellent stakeholder management and vendor/relationship management skills. My experience includes successfully negotiating major contracts with clients and vendors for technology and services such as hardware, software, consulting, outsourcing etc, from both the buyer and seller viewpoint. I have an excellent record of delivering large, complex change programmes on time and within budget (US$25M+) to international locations such as London, New York, Amsterdam, Sydney, Singapore and New Zealand. I am experienced in developing, delivering and managing high volume (millions transactions/day), high value (US$10+billion/day), high availability systems. I have good communications skills and am experienced and comfortable presenting to all levels of management including boards of directors and clients alike. I have built and led large and small teams to success and earn the respect of management seniors, peers and staff.
