Training and adult education has been the cornerstone of my career for the last decade. As a BMW technical instructor, I have been fortunate to collaborate with cross-channel and global teams to develop and deliver numerous training programs from the apprentice level through to master technician status. My daily responsibilities included updating learning paths and curriculums, developing, and updating training material, coordinating vendors and internal trainers, maintaining special tools and workshop spaces, and facilitating classes both in-person and virtually.
