Background

About Dean Jones

I build and scale businesses that operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and disciplined growth.I am the Founder and CEO of HealthDeliver, a hybrid healthcare platform operating across clinics, in home services, and telehealth in Thailand, with a Singapore holding structure and regional ambition. What started as a medical assistance concept has evolved into a clinic led, insurer integrated primary care network designed for scale. Before founding HealthDeliver, I spent near twenty years in senior supply chain and operational leadership roles across Southeast Asia and Australia. That background shapes how I lead today. I think in systems, margin, risk, process discipline, and scalable execution.I am deeply hands on in capital structuring, fundraising strategy, governance frameworks, performance metrics, marketing economics, and operational design. I care about building organisations that are investable, durable, and respected.Beyond my executive role, I serve as a Board Director of AustCham Thailand, where I am actively involved in SME growth, governance, and community impact initiatives.I also invest personally across global markets and maintain a strong interest in macroeconomics, capital allocation, and long term wealth strategy.
