To be a good cx agent you need to always listen, understand, help train people and be a team player. Sometimes you need to lead, always try to help and other times follow. Over the years I’ve hopefully been able to do all. I always try to learn and like challenges when they say it can’t be done? To me that’s the wrong attitude.
