About Dean McSherry

My experience has almost exclusively been in the restaurant/hospitality business. After working mainly in fine dining, I worked for Sfuzzi opening restaurants around the country for them and also "fixing" the underperforming locations. I left to start a consulting business doing the same thing. I sold the business to my partner and joined Lincoln Restaurant Group which gave me a national platform from which to expand. In 2001, I started PRS to purchase LRG and then bought out partners in 2002. I then sold certain assets in January 2012 to Express Working Capital/Caprock Services and remained in consultant role till 2014. development.In 2013 I started a new business, The Dean's List, which an on-line retailer of wine based in Carrollton, Texas, TDL specializes in sourcing great wine from around the world and delivering it right to your door. TDL takes an unpretentious approachable philosophy in the belief "Everybody deserves Great Wine"(no one deserves to overpay, either)In 2015, I sold my interests in The Dean's List and formed DSM Hospitality. We focus on turnaround, growth, and acquisition strategies for restaurants, country clubs, and hotels.
