I have amassed over 25 years of manufacturing experience in Department of Defense and electronics industries, stateside and worldwide. I've also worked as a custom engine component manufacturer and teardrop trailer manufacturer. Recently, I was completing high-end custom Sprinter van upgrades, upfitting and conversions for specific clientele. My career skills include: team leadership, project and team management, CNCmachining, manual machining, precision quality inspection, I'm GD & T inspection certified, I have extensive electronics knowledge, PLC programming, various CAD/CAM software intelligence including; Inventor, Fusion 360, GibbsCam, MasterCam and Autocad. I am well versed in G-code, including abilities and experience hand programming simple 3 axis vertical CNC's and more complex 7 axis CNC's on Fanuc and Mitsubishi controllers.I spent the early years of my manufacturing career in computer automated robotics manufacturing in the electro/mechanical assembly department advancing to worldwide service support for these advanced robotics.I have extensive hands-on experiences with a vast assortment of machinery, metal cutting equipment, mechanical equipment, measurement tools and I have extensive computer skills.As I reflect back on my career, I am adding details to my work history; however, none of it is exhaustive of my work history at any of the companies that I've worked for.
