An experienced Managing Director and CEO with a solid background in the industrial sector, specialising in lifting, rigging and cargo restraint equipment. Known for growing businesses and delivering trusted solutions, I focus on driving sustainable success in this field. As Owner and Director of Load Restraint Systems, I transformed a distressed business into a thriving enterprise, achieving tenfold growth within five years. With deep expertise in supply chain management and global partnerships, I am dedicated to bringing innovative products to market and building strong, lasting client relationships. Australia's only specialist in load restraint solutions, Load Restraint Systems brings over 30 years of expertise in ensuring safety, compliance and efficiency for delivery fleets nationwide. Our products — including ratchet assemblies, load binders, chain fittings and customised solutions — are 100% LRG compliant and readily available through our extensive stockholding and national network of experts. My journey in the lifting and rigging industry began in finance, and I’ve since established and scaled multiple companies, including Elevate Lifting & Rigging (formerly Hoisting Equipment Specialists VIC), Schillings Hoisting Equipment and Dynamic Rigging Hire. I am proud to have established and served as the inaugural chairman of the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) in Australia, where I helped set standards for staff qualifications in the lifting industry. I thrive on challenges and am particularly driven by turnaround scenarios, focusing on quality products and cost-reduction strategies for my clients. Highlights of my career include supplying significant infrastructure projects across Australia, mining, transport and major entertainment events, as well as the successful build-up and sale of several companies. I bring financial acumen, industry expertise, management skills, business development insights and supply chain expertise to every partnership. Outside of work, I am passionate about health, fitness, and nutrition, as well as being an avid supporter of various sports, including AFL, NRL and horse racing.
