About Dean Palmer

Psst… I thought I’d end up an accountant; instead, I became a Copywriter, passionate about writing stories for brands and their protagonist, the customer. By placing the hero at the heart of copy and using the business’s voice to articulate what they can do for them (customer). Truth be told, I did a year of accounting, then completed an under-grad in Journalism and Media studies, but found myself working not as a juicy-story fiend but as a community manager, social media manager, and then in marketing/brand coordination. The rest is history… These days I use my Experience in People to develop copy that tells a brand’s story and converts a prospect into a brand champ. An overview of my skills: Copywriting (concept development too.) Honourable mention: I do have a postgraduate in Copywriting
