Ex-Detective Inspector within Major, Serious and Organised crime team responsible for major crime, cyber crime, digital media investigators (DMI) and financial investigators. Developed a passion for police federation work alongside my day job and represent officers with public complaints, post incident procedures, allegations of misconduct/gross misconduct, internal disputes and welfare. Over 19 years policing Experienced Investigator with a demonstrated history of working in the law enforcement industry. Skilled in Customer Service, Criminal Investigations, Public Safety, Law Enforcement, and Criminal Justice. For the last 12 years I have worked within the criminal investigations department (CID) on numerous teams and London locations investigating a range of complex and serious crime types such as sexual assaults, violent crime, robbery, and drug offences. During this time I have been a DC, DS, DI within volume crime, general CID, seconded to the professional standards department, oversaw the robbery crime portfolio and supervised a team of desk based investigators during a force wide crime management pilot.
