Crafting, implementing, and steering a top-notch internal agency model that revolved around customer-centric engagement. On top of that, I led the charge in developing and executing Emirates' omnichannel growth strategy. It was a fantastic journey!🦄 Before my Emirates Airlines adventure, I was in the thick of it, part of the cool founding team that built a lean startup that scaled into the awesome full-service digital agency, Magna Media. I had the role of Creative Director, steering the ship for big names like Samsung Electronics, Nissan, Infiniti, and Mars Incorporated across the MENA region. In 2006, AWTAD Investments swooped in and successfully acquired the company.
