Seeking new adventures & challenges. I have nearly 20 years experience as a journeyman millwright/outside machinist. I'm interested in maintenance/turnaround planning positions, as well as mechanical maintenance opportunities. I have, likewise, been employed in process operations, in the oil & chemical industry. I bring a well balanced perspective to issues regarding process, scheduling, planning & maintenance of industrial equipment. I also have extensive training in the environmental regulatory field, along with emergency response. I worked for the State of Texas, in various capacities for the Oil Spill Prevention & Response division of the Texas General Land Office. In addition to actual response to/supervision of, oil spill events, I served as a Field Marketing liaison, developing & carrying out presentations to audiences, from primary schools, to engineering levels. I possess excellent interpersonal communication skills & have formal training in public speaking, & feel my unique skill set & experience would allow me to immediately be an asset in many diverse capacities.
