About Dean Pike

After 40+ years in accounting—including 33 as founder and leader of a top Australian firm—I’ve stepped into a new chapter: organisational leadership in the mining services industry. As GM of LHS Rocktools Australia, I’m proud to lead a nationally recognised supplier supporting the frontline of the resource economy. My professional path commenced within our family-owned butchery and abattoir enterprise, where I developed a keen interest in business performance and resilience. This passion motivated me to establish a boutique accounting practice, which grew into one of the top three firms nationally and ultimately merged with Top 10 firm PKF Perth in 2016.I’ve worked with high-performing businesses across property, construction, and mining services—helping them navigate growth, succession, and transformation. Now, I bring that strategic lens to operational leadership—focused on execution, performance and customer value.LHS Rocktools is a major national player with 26 years of relentless momentum, built on service, tool performance, and reliability in the harshest conditions. I’m energised by the pace, precision, and entrepreneurial spirit that define our work. One belief drives me: growth happens when we challenge limits. That mindset has shaped my journey—and fuels this next chapter, grounded in purpose, people, and performance.
