About Dean Pollnow

I have a very strong belief system and work ethic. I am among the last of the baby boomers and do not know how to say "no" to anyone in need of my help or expertise. I believe that we can accomplish more and achieve the best results when everyone on the team is empowered and engaged. A good team is always better than an individual. My family is very important to me and despite being very busy and having medicine as my life, I always have time for family. We have been active in our parish. I enjoy sporting activities; competitive through college and now just for fun and relaxation. I have enjoyed both coaching and watching my children in their sporting activities. I enjoy outdoor recreation and fishing. I am an instrument rated private pilot and enjoy the discipline and freedom that flying brings.
