Respected, results-focused operation/program manager with a distinguished career taking large-scale organizations to higher performance by driving continual growth and improvement of people, processes, and programs. Twenty-eight year Army officer in the engineer career field with a record of superior performance in a variety of leadership and senior management positions. Focused on leading, responsible acquisition and distribution of resources, instruction, operations planning and execution, facilities management and training development. Experience includes four plus years as a Deputy Inspector General, ten years as a program manager and training developer and 14 years in leadership positions and as a facility manager/design engineer. I maintain an active Top Secret, Special Compartmental Information Security clearance; am certified in management of civilians employees that work for and support government organizations; certified Level II Risk management. I am interested in positions in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia but am also open to possible relocation.
