I became interested in construction in my first year of civil engineering after having the opportunity to visit several major project sites. I then joined the RMIT Civil Engineering Student Association (CESA) where we organised student and industry events that connected with these companies to learn more and develop opportunities for other students. Since then, I have worked in several industry roles and completed my graduate program at Symal Group. This program includes attaining evidence and endorsements from company leaders for important aspects of site engineering: Cost, program, quality, safety, and also soft skills leadership, communication, and negotiation.
