Dean is a Principal Civil Designer with extensive experience in detail design of plant layouts & construction services in the mining and resources, renewable energy, Water & Wastewater, and infrastructure industries across Australia and internationally. He has carried out the duties as CAD Manager, Principal & Project lead Designer. Projects completed from concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility studies through to (IFC) and full project execution, EPC, EPCM & design, and construct.I have completed various greenfield and Brownfield projects relating to Mine plants, process plant, and heavy civil infrastructure. I provide project technical support and sitework supervision, client liaison and work scope project outcome. Construction services support. Inspection of project construction, procurement installation. Process pipework, material handling equipment O/H traversing cranes, spoil transfer- batching conveyor’s, stacker conveyors. Works completed, to relevant industry standards, Specifications, and codes of practise. AS/NZ, QGC-BG, API, ASME, ANSI, WSAA.My comprehensive knowledge in multidisciplinary engineering field has enabled me to prepare and produce technical drawings and detail designs, which covers all aspects of Civil infrastructure, Utilities & Underground services, site access roads, building pad, earthworks cut & fill quantities. Haul Roads & LV roads. Potable Water & Wastewater supply and distribution pipeline Mine Water reticulation & distribution pipelines. Pump & Booster Stations, Storage Tanks, retention and detention basins slurry Dams, silt trap & bio storage lagoons.Detail design of Structural Buildings, facilities, structural support steel work, gantries, OH cranes, catwalk, platforms, access ladders. Mechanical process plant & equipment. Reclaim, Stacker and ship loader conveyors.I have introduced and implemented BIM-MEP technology, developed BIM network execution plans and capabilities, into organisations. Produced projects from conceptual to IFC completely in BIM environment.
