I am a lifetime cyclist being part of many organized teams. That said, being subject to vigorous and specialist training programs in order to achieve the crucial goal which can be most rewarding but ultimately, we rely on each others talent, drive, patience, knowledge, empathy, understanding and most in important of all, the essence of teamwork in order to get that final result. These are just a few of my ethics that I always live by and apply throughout my life including of course, my working day. Fundamentally it can only build vital relationships within the all aspects of a position, which can only benefit the client and the working environment alike. I love people and enjoy their company. Advising, guiding and offering clients a tailored experience directing their initial query to closing is most rewarding. I trust the product will represent itself given the knowledge but what’s truly important to me is forming that quintessential emotional connection with the client. I also enjoy chasing targets; potential sales (as to which I thrive) as it can only boost morale, confidence and satisfaction throughout a working day. I have worked in the car rental industry for a number of years therefore; I’ve developed a good operational knowledge of a customer lead experience. My number one priority has always been to turn a loyal customer into an enthusiast whilst pushing the brand delivering that excellent service. I’ve worked for varied markets and departments in the car rental industry. This experience greatly enhanced my personal interaction skills and has given me the opportunity to work with a variety of people and appreciate all culture and backgrounds. That said, I am able to adapt, communicate well and support colleagues whilst maintaining a strong relationship throughout which has brought me to GAP Auto. GAP Auto has allowed me to fulfil my true potential which inspires and empowers me to give 100% to this amazing family-felt company. I couldn't be more driven backed by our amazing team.
