This is a small contact center consultancy, that are able to help many AWS customers, with highly trained and experienced engineers. Some of our customers are from the energy, D2C, healthcare, fintech, pharma and many other industries. The approach we take is to provide the missing gap from the problems experienced to solutions that saves valuable time of untold hours and effort in an agent's daily workflow.
