Dean has successfully provided clients with unique people solutions since 1986. In February 1990, Dean Slade established the Queensland office of Slade Consulting Group. As the Managing Director, Dean developed the Slade brand as a premium provider of unique human resource solutions. He offers extensive human resource experience, not only in executive recruitment and search capabilities, but also in business planning. Dean encompasses high-level expertise with both private sector and Government clients. This recruitment experience covers a diverse range of blue-chip clients including financial services, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, mining and construction, professional services and agriculture. This has been conducted on a national scale for clients seeking to recruit holistically towards a vision and culture. In the early 1990’s Dean proactively identified a new market segment and initiated, developed and implemented a service-driven international program specialising in the recruitment of Doctors and Medical Specialists to Queensland Public Hospitals.
