I am currently the Lead of High Performance Training at Craven Sport Services. I completed my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan. I then completed my Certified Exercise Physiologist certification. I am currently completing my final year of my Masters of Strength and Conditioning through St Mary’s University Twickenham, England. I have always been involved in sports from a young age and now more than ever realize the importance of physical literacy and strength training to lead a long, healthy, and injury free life.
