I have been taking things apart and successfully putting them back together most of my life. I have always had the natural ability to understand how things work, to diagnose the cause of system malfunctions and perform repairs. I started trade school when I was 15 years old and entered the United States Air Force as a vehicle mechanic where I spent 4 years expanding my knowledge. As systems became more complex, requiring the ability to work with computer-controlled systems, soldering and micro soldering components and using computer diagnostic tools, I learned those skills as well. My technical skills include: Electrical (3-Phase, 220V, 480V, DC and 24V Controls Wiring Diagrams, Schematics, Wire Harnesses Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems Computer-controlled Technology (PLC, Controls, Inverters) Metals Fabrication (MIG and Arc Welding, Soldering, Microsoldering) Safety (OSHA, LOTO, PPE, HazMat) I bring the work ethic and self-motivation to work independently and the time management skills to manage up to 90 daily machine faults and trouble tickets in fast-paced settings. I understand the importance of balancing productivity, quality and safety and I believe in doing it right the first time. I am looking to leverage my extensive technical expertise to keep equipment operating at optimal efficiency and would welcome inquiries about positions where you believe I can add value.
